Responsibilities
- Delivering Collection Notices – Distributing official payment reminders to customers.
- Loan Payment Reminders – Contacting customers to remind them about their upcoming or overdue payments.
- Negotiating Payment Options – Assisting customers in finding the best payment solutions.
- Monitoring Payments – Tracking and ensuring that customers adhere to their payment schedules.
- Debtor Address Tracking – Verifying and updating debtor information for accurate records.
- Coordinating with Internal Teams – Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Reporting Tasks – Preparing and submitting regular reports on collection activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); a higher degree is a plus.
- Experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel as needed.
- Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
