Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Cost Control:

• Monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze variances to drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Liaises or coordinates with external auditors to ensure accurate and prompt audited financial reports..

Strategic Financial Management:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

People & Organizational Management:

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration across departments.
• Implement training programs to enhance financial literacy and cost-awareness among operational teams.
• Liaises and coordinates with our stakeholders to ensure prompt  and efficient communication flow.

Operational & Supply Chain Cost Optimization:

• Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze production costs, material usage, and overhead expenses to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track cost-effectiveness and financial performance.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure cost reports comply with financial policies and internal controls.
• Assist in financial audits by providing relevant cost-related documentation.
• Identify risks related to cost fluctuations and report findings to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus but not required.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or product-based industries is an advantage.
• Strong background in data analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and financial modeling.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex cost structures.
  Strong communication skills to collaborate with finance, production, and supply chain teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
