We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team at Canna Bali. This role combines responsibilities in Reservations, Guest Service Agent (GSA), and Host/Hostess to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Manage and handle guest reservations accurately.
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about the menu and promotions.
- Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
- Manage seating arrangements and waiting lists efficiently.
- Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with effective solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and dining areas.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle VIP and special guest requests professionally.
- Record and address guest feedback for service improvement.
Keahlian :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in handling reservation and POS systems.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality or restaurant preferred).
- Based in Bali and available to join immediately.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiar with reservation and front office systems.
