We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team at Canna Bali. This role combines responsibilities in Reservations, Guest Service Agent (GSA), and Host/Hostess to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  1. Manage and handle guest reservations accurately.
  2. Greet guests warmly and provide information about the menu and promotions.
  3. Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
  4. Manage seating arrangements and waiting lists efficiently.
  5. Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with effective solutions.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and dining areas.
  8. Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Handle VIP and special guest requests professionally.
  10. Record and address guest feedback for service improvement.

Keahlian :

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Proficient in handling reservation and POS systems.
  4. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  5. Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality or restaurant preferred).
  2. Based in Bali and available to join immediately.
  3. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  4. Familiar with reservation and front office systems.
