Lowongan Kerja PT Air Liquide Indonesia (ALINDO) adalah bagian dari Air Liquide Group, perusahaan global terkemuka di bidang gas, teknologi, dan layanan untuk industri dan kesehatan. Masuk ke Indonesia sejak tahun 1993, ALINDO telah membangun dan mengoperasikan jaringan pabrik pemisah udara (Air Separation Unit/ASU) dan fasilitas produksi gas terbesar di Indonesia.

Hingga saat ini, Air Liquide Indonesia mengelola jaringan pipa oksigen, nitrogen, argon, dan hidrogen sepanjang 100 km. Jaringan ini menghubungkan fasilitas produksi ALINDO dengan sejumlah industri utama di kawasan:

• Cilegon – Anyer – Merak

• Bojonegara

• Lampung, Sumatera

Fasilitas ini secara langsung melayani kebutuhan industri seperti baja, petrokimia, dan kimia, menjadikan ALINDO sebagai pemain utama dalam penyediaan gas industri di Indonesia.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil)
• Entry-level applicants (2024 or 2025 graduates) or candidates with a maximum of 3 years maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin and/or English) are an advantage

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our Campus Hiring at University of Indonesia on June 11, 2024 (and June 12, 2024 if selected to user interview stage)
• The transportation cost to the campus hiring venue shall be borne by the candidate.
• The selection procedure will be conducted in English.

Stage 1: Application Start

• Apply through LinkedIn or Jobstreet and must complete the Google Form (by clicking apply now button) to help us understand your fit for the Management Trainee Program. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an on-site interview at Universitas Indonesia in June 2025.

Stage 2: Onsite Interview at Universitas Indonesia

• Attend the on-site interview at Universitas Indonesia, where you can learn more about Air Liquide through engagement sessions with business stakeholders, focus group discussions, and interviews. Target event date in June 2025. Please note that candidates are responsible for their own transportation costs to the campus hiring venue.

Stage 3: Onsite Interview at Air Liquide Indonesia Office

• Participate in an on-site interview at the Air Liquide Indonesia Office. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. Please note that candidates are responsible for their own transportation costs to the Air Liquide Indonesia Office.

Stage 4: Offer

• Following Stage 3, successful candidates may be offered a place in the Management Trainee Program, with a potential start date in August 2025.
