1. Human Capital Training Officer
Job Description:
- Collect Training Needs Analysis and Annual Training Plans.Search for training vendors, schedule training sessions, and check training preparations.
- Review work instructions, guidelines, and forms related to training.
- Organize NEOP training, check schedules, and ensure materials and attendance are prepared.
- Execute project development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct LK3 (Safety, Health, and Environment), QCC-SS activities, and implement core values.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.
- Min GPA 3.00
- Good analytical thinking, good teamwork, problem-solving skills
2. Plant Officer
Job Description:
- Responsible for the operational execution in the supporting department to ensure divisional targets are achieved (Efficiency, Quality, and Productivity).
- Accountable for the management and implementation of materials, machines and spare parts, methods, human resources, and the work environment.
- Responsible for creating the department’s activity plan.
- Actively participate in QCC and SS activities.
- Actively participate in the implementation of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) programs.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.

3. Quality Officer
Job Description:
- Conduct investigations related to customer claims.
- Develop standards and inspection methods.
- Perform analysis and corrective actions related to identified problems.
- Initiate improvements.
- Develop or improve standards based on government or customer regulations.

4. Maintenace Officer
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the Section Head of Maintenance to create and issue schedules and work orders for machine checklist activities, preventive maintenance, tagging, and departmental projects.
- Prepare reports related to the implementation of preventive maintenance, tagging, machine checklists, and departmental projects.
- Process and analyze data related to the maintenance department.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Identify, investigate root causes, and develop improvements for issues occurring in the maintenance department.
- Encourage KSS, leaders, and members to actively participate in QCC and SS activities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2025.

5. Building Maintenance Officer
Job Description:
- Follow up on the tagging of company facilities and infrastructure.Perform maintenance, repairs, or improvements according to the provided schedule.
- Actively participate in QCC and SS activities.
- Execute and adhere to checksheets, work instructions, guidelines, procedures, and other maintenance documents as work references.
Requirements:

- Graduated from reputable university, with Diploma degree (D3) in civil Engineer Engineering
- Proven excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skill

6. PPIC Officer
Job Description:
- Communicate and follow up on any process abnormalities and production achievements.
- Monitor and analyze production achievements.
- Prepare reports on the realization of daily production achievements.
- Provide information regarding the availability of WIP stock and finished battery goods.
- Maintain good relationships and open communication with related departments.
- Support improvement programs in product development, processes, technology, and implement efficiency measures.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree in Teknik Mesin, Elektromekanik, Teknik Elektronika
