1. Human Capital Training Officer

Job Description:

1. Collect Training Needs Analysis and Annual Training Plans.Search for training vendors, schedule training sessions, and check training preparations.
2. Review work instructions, guidelines, and forms related to training.
3. Organize NEOP training, check schedules, and ensure materials and attendance are prepared.
4. Execute project development and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Conduct LK3 (Safety, Health, and Environment), QCC-SS activities, and implement core values.

Requirements:

Job Description:

4. Actively participate in QCC and SS activities.

4. Maintenace Officer

Job Description:

1. Coordinate with the Section Head of Maintenance to create and issue schedules and work orders for machine checklist activities, preventive maintenance, tagging, and departmental projects.
2. Prepare reports related to the implementation of preventive maintenance, tagging, machine checklists, and departmental projects.
3. Process and analyze data related to the maintenance department.
4. Coordinate with internal and external parties.
5. Identify, investigate root causes, and develop improvements for issues occurring in the maintenance department.
6. Encourage KSS, leaders, and members to actively participate in QCC and SS activities.
