PT Sefas Pelindotama adalah distributor resmi Pelumas Shell yang telah ditunjuk langsung oleh PT Shell Indonesia. Perusahaan ini berawal dari keterlibatannya dalam industri pelumas melalui afiliasi dengan PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Berkat komitmen terhadap kualitas dan pelayanan, Sefas dengan cepat berkembang menjadi pemasok pelumas Shell yang andal dan tepercaya, khususnya untuk industri pertambangan serta sektor industri lainnya.
Selain sebagai distributor pelumas, PT Sefas Pelindotama juga telah berkembang menjadi penyedia layanan pengelolaan hidrokarbon terpadu, yang mencakup distribusi, penyimpanan, dan pengelolaan produk berbasis hidrokarbon.
Pertumbuhan dan Ekspansi Perusahaan
Sejak berdiri pada tahun 1997 di Jakarta, PT Sefas Pelindotama mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dan berhasil memperluas jaringan distribusinya ke berbagai kawasan strategis, terutama di Kalimantan. Saat ini, perusahaan memiliki kantor dan fasilitas gudang di beberapa lokasi utama, yaitu:

1. LOGISTICS STAFF
Kualifikasi :
Job Descriptions
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to transportation and warehousing.
- Handle shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update records related to shipments, costs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C is preferable).

2. TECHNICAL STAFF
Job Description
- Provide product recommendations and specifications.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer needs and address complaints.
- Utilize technical skills for selling, consulting, and demonstrating product usage.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- One year of experience as a technical professional in an industrial setting or in technical sales (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in industrial sales is preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer presentations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C).

3. SALES ADMIN

4. QHSE STAFF (HO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits for all departments, including Finance & Accounting, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Identify and assess risks related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Develop, review, and update SOPs, forms, and documentation to support QHSE compliance.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Provide training and awareness programs on QHSE policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve company standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance QHSE performance and compliance.
- Assist in external audits and certification processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Accounting).
- Minimum a year of experience in QHSE, internal audit, or related roles.
- Preferably certified in Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to QHSE.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and compliance documents.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
5. SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description
