PT Sefas Pelindotama adalah distributor resmi Pelumas Shell yang ditunjuk oleh PT Shell Indonesia. Pada awalnya, Sefas terjun ke pasar pelumas melalui afiliasi dan jaringan PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Sales Administration Staff

As a Sales Administration Staff, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end sales operations — from order entry to billing and coordination with internal departments. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong coordination across sales, finance, and logistics functions.

Job Description :

  • Process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and customer invoices
  • Monitor customer Credit Limits (CL) and coordinate over-limit approvals
  • Prepare and ensure completeness of billing documents before submission
  • Manage invoice receipt (Tanda Terima Invoice) and follow up with customers
  • Coordinate with the commercial team for sales commission invoices and customer fee documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of commission and fee payments
  • Work closely with warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operation
  • Support payment follow-ups and billing reconciliation
  • Prepare reports related to sales performance, billing, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications :

  • Diploma’s degree (D3) in any major (Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  • Previous sales administration experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and a sense of responsibility
