Management Trainee designed to develop future leaders by giving challenging job/ roles that prepare them for business leadership roles.
This program encompasses well rounded development in as accelerated learning environment. You will experience rotation within and across function, exposure to business leaders, formal training and professional training.
Requirements :
- 2025 graduates (or will be graduated before December) with maximum 2 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from engineering majors (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Physics, and Industrial) with minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Actively involved in organization/campus activities.
- A highly driven individual with strong agility.
- Eager to step outside of the comfort zone to KEK Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
